Alex did a fantastic job on helping us remodel our house. He came in and saved us when another contractor we had hired was not performing to our standards. From the beginning and all throughout the project, he was patient with us and talked through any concerns we had. When we weren’t sure which direction to go, he would step in and assist based on his prior experience, which proved to be invaluable. His work is excellent- you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. We are so thankful we decided to go with Alex because he made the process so simple and much less stressful than otherwise would have been!

This detailed project of a 1905 Farm House is a work of excellent craftmanship. It was done in a timely order—started on the 26th of January and finished the last week of April, 2018. All of the workers were very professional and several worked under difficult conditions under the house which they raised the foundation 24 inches. Several weeks of cold rainy days and they continued to work to complete the job. I am very pleased to recommend this company by Alex Olivo for your construction.

As my husband and I talked about remodeling our small kitchen to increase the size of the area. We knew we had to find a well known construction company or person that was recommended. My husband's niece recommended Alex Olivo construction. She showed us pictures of his own home built by Alex. I called Alex to setup an appointment on Sept 13. As we were showing Alex the area, he gave us extra ideas for the area and was very professional as he advised us. We all agreed on a budget price and timeline, began the remodel on Sept 17 2018. He took us to pick out the floor, cabinets, backsplash and added a small different backsplash above the stove and bar/coffee area and LOVE the granite color completion was on Oct 23.
